The ChiTribe App
I created a mobile application in Flutter for a nonprofit called ChiTribe over my internship in Summer 2022. This app was deployed to both the App Store and Google Play Store. This app trained my skills in UI/UX and REST API to build this entire app both front end and back end. Using Google Firebase, I was able create authentication for users using Firebase Auth and store useful data about events and posts through Firebase Firestore. I also learned and created Google Cloud Functions to update wordpress posts and used REST API to receive data about upcoming events from The Events Calendar.

Muscle Group Exercises & Random Animals API Project
I created a web app in Flutter that uses REST APIs. The first page uses a muscle and exercise data API to allow users to research different exercises given the muscle. I use various API endpoints to find the muscle, exercise, and exercise images to allow users to learn what exercises would be best when training various muscles. The second page allows users to learn more about various random zoo animals using this API. This page randomly generates and displays information about a zoo animal every time a user clicks the button. Both these pages use state management in dart and strengthened my skills in Flutter and web development.

Drink.Me
In the 100 Days Challenge, where participants take 100 days to build a startup from the ground up, my team one first place winning $1500 dollars in funding for our startup Drink.Me. I was the Software Engineer in my team, and was able to create a mobile application through React Native. This app had a BAC monitor, using async storage to store a users data locally to calculate their BAC and promote safe drinking, sending notifications and vibration when a user hit certain BAC levels. I also installed a timer and user a BAC formula to help provide the most accurate BAC measurements for a user.
